Cambridge YMCA Looks to Combine and Secure Their Existing Facilities

SōL Harris/Day is conducting a study for the Cambridge YMCA to determine the best solution to combine and secure their existing facilities. Currently there are two buildings on the same site that house different components of the YMCA and there is a need to connect them to create a defined entry point, secured access to the entire facility and a gathering space for members of all ages. This study also provides a revised parking layout to improve traffic flow, increase member safety and increase parking. The design also includes a plan for a future pool and locker room expansion.
