Plain Township Amphitheater Wins AIA Akron Design Award

The new Amphitheater in Plain Township earned an AIA Akron Design Award. Our Team was excited to receive this Award, celebrating the exceptional design that has brought the Plain Township community together for many successful events since it opened in 2024.

"We designed it so even if there's not an event going on, it still serves as a space to support the businesses at Oakwood Plaza. People can sit on the site and have a drink or enjoy a picnic," commented Justin Gantz, Partner and Project Architect.

Not only does the new Amphitheater create a "center of town", but it also supports the local businesses and revitalizes the Oakwood Square Plaza. We are honored that the amphitheater was recognized for its unique design and functionality.
