The Clubhouse renovation reimagines the member experience by strengthening the connection between the Clubhouse, the golf course, and the outdoors. The project focused on expanding opportunities for outdoor dining, social engagement, and accessibility. A new exterior dining patio addition was designed to extend the Clubhouse outdoors. Capitalizing on views of the golf course, the patio provides an inviting destination for members to dine, relax, and socialize. A new permanent roof structure provides shade and weather protection, allowing the patio to function as a true extension of the Clubhouse and increasing its usable hours. Rather than simply adding outdoor seating, this creates a series of purposeful environments that enhance the overall experience and intentionally supports evening dining, creating a new destination for members to gather after a day on the course.
Adding to a Mid Century Modern clubhouse with vaulted concrete roofs was a challenge. The sleek, simple roof line of the addition enhances the horizontal lines of the clubhouse. Members now have a comfortable covered elevated patio with tremendous views of the clubhouse. Members frequently use the new space, extending the time that they are at the club.
