Securitas Electronic Security, a Swedish owned company, purchased a division of Diebold Nixdorf that is located in Uniontown, Ohio. The office building that the business was housed in when purchased had been heavily invested in by the previous owner to make sure it could handle the secure operations, including outfitting it with double-redundancy, making it the ideal location to house the new owner’s headquarters. The problem was that this workplace, with a dated 1980’s feel, did not visually fit the image of the new owners, creating a need for an interior renovation.
It is our belief that companies succeed when their environment supports a transparent, collaborative and innovative culture where employees can focus on serving and meeting the needs of customers. We could not be more proud to call this dynamic new facility home.

The office building was completely renovated to reveal a contemporary new look that utilizes a mix of advanced technology and functional design to promote more intensive cross-team collaboration to ultimately enhance the customer experience. To maintain the company’s branding, the interiors were adorned with shades of white, gray, and black, allowing only a select few introductions of the company’s red circle logo to pop in the workspaces. More open office areas were created and views into rooms were developed using glass doors and walls, offering more transparency within the office building and bringing in natural light to more workspaces.
The newly renovated office spaces feature a new state-of-the-art monitoring operations center, service dispatch, technology solutions lab, technology evaluation lab, Engineering Center of Excellence hub, and customer experience video collaboration center, as well as two new dedicated training facilities.
The perfect customer experience comes from the harmonization of people, technology and knowledge - and that is what we've assembled here at our new monitoring and business operations center.
